Nowadays, most people think that beauty is brought about using makeup or other material things forgetting that the outer part of the body is consisted of the inner part of the body. Thus, inner as well as outer health is important as it brings about the beauty that is portrayed outward. People forget to take care of the inner body that requires nutritious food that is rich with vitamins and proteins but instead destroy the body by eating junk food and anything that is tasty to the mouth. Once somebody realizes the irreversible damage suffered by the body, most opt for surgery thus making the situation even worse. The emotional toll caused by all this is quite overwhelming, as you may not even recognize the person staring back at you in the mirror.

Truth be told, most people in today’s world consider beauty to be their driving force in life, making everything in their lives to revolve around trying to be the most beautiful person either in school or even in the work place. In the modeling industry, one is considered to be beautiful when she is rated a size one or even a negative size. Due to this, most teenage girls starve themselves to a point of endangering their lives, all in the name of becoming beautiful.

lth both go hand in hand; once you have good health and take extra care of your body then the results is getting what is termed by most men as having the perfect body. That is being beautiful on the outside as well as having perfect health on the inside. As for me, I would say one is said to beautiful when one is healthy, happy and content with his or her body. This is quite the contrary in today’s society.

For women, beauty is one way of expressing one’s individuality whereby, beauty is the secret tool used when it comes to the opposite sex. To most the outer beauty counts more than the inner beauty however one can not maintain beauty if she doesn’t live a healthy lifestyle. Therefore having a healthy diet helps maintain your skin glow making your skin appear vibrant and healthy.

Additional, exercising also helps a lot in terms of keeping fit. Even though beauty is within, one cannot say he or she is beautiful if he or she weighs a ton. Exercising and maintaining a balanced diet enables you to lose excess weight therefore having the perfect body size.

Once you have a relaxed mind, free from stress it is quite easy to be beautiful and at the same time being health. Stress is one of the contributing factors to health complications, therefore once you are able to keep stress a bay, you will have not only a relaxed body but a healthy one as well. Also in order to maintain good health, a balanced diet that is filled with all the essentials that constitute a healthy meal is highly recommended, although in the end, beauty lies in the eye of the beholder.
