With age the signs of ageing start appearing and with appearance of these signs the person starts feeling old. But ageing can be delayed by delaying the signs of ageing and taking advance and adequate measures right from the young age.
The most important thing in being young is the healthy life style like balanced diet, regular physical exercise, stress relaxation and adequate sleep. Balanced nutrition is very important for adequate supply of nutrients to the body. Intake of lots of vegetables and fruits is very important. They help in fighting the free radicals produced during the metabolic processes in the body and which are very important in the process of ageing. Processed food should be avoided as it is not healthy and contain many toxins. Whole grains instead of processed ones should be consumed. Diet should be rich in proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates and minerals. Green leafy vegetables are rich source of minerals. Beans, meat, poultry and low fat milk and milk products should be consumed. Sugar and carbohydrates should be consumed in limited amounts.
Right from the young age weight should be controlled. For this food low in fat content and overall calorie intake should be controlled. In young age regular physical exercise is a must. With ageing stringent exercise routines are not necessary but being active is very important. Sedentary lifestyle should be avoided.
Apart from healthy lifestyle there are some external measures that keep one look young are skin care products, procedures for hair, teeth and eye care are important. For skin care anti wrinkle creams and lotions, moisturizers and sunscreen lotions can be used to take care of skin for younger looking skin.
Teeth can be whitened using teeth whiteners or an advice from a dentist is better. Men should take care of their facial, nasal and ear hair to hide their age. Hair color and hair cut are very important for younger looks. Hair length should be between shoulders and the chin. Hair can be dyed to hide white hair due to age. Eyebrows should be trimmed regularly to look young.
Smoking and alcohol intake should be avoided to stall the process of ageing. Avoiding pollutants, chemicals and radiation is very important. After all youthfulness is a state of mind. If the person is young from within it is seen on his/her face. For this being happy and stress free is very important. Especially learning stress management and stress relaxation is very important to stall the process of ageing.
