Give up harmful habits

Alcohol is not good. Although "tasters" are more tolerant than smokers, the habit is just as harmful. Especially if the habit turns into an addiction. I do not think that I need to explain "what will think your liver" about alcohol abuse.

Take care of yourself

Do you have a stressful job? Then you should have a discussion in which to make clear that this lifestyle affects you health and things can not go on.
