Specialists have agreed on things that can change your life over night:

1. Quit smoking!

There was no doubt. Since 1960, when information about how harmful is smoking became public, doctors are struggling hard to stop the harmful habit. Think about how clear that smoking is bad for you even if you find this warning on packages!

2. Eat products rich in beta-carotene

They decrease the danger of heart disease by 40%. Some foods rich in beta-carotene include carrots, cabbage, sweet potatoes and apricots.

3. Do sport!

You do not need a sophisticated training. Try only to include into your daily schedule 30-60 minutes of movement. Climb the stairs, take a walk on lunch break. Making some move not only helps body but also your mind: sport is the best antidote for stress.

4. Avoid pollution!

It's hard, especially if you live in a big city. Avoid rooms with much smoke, busy traffic areas and pick carefully places were you do sports. Also, if you go to a club to dance, try to find one with good ventilation (one for non-smokers I do not know yet).

5. Avoid strict diets!

All we want to look good and sometimes it can push us to desire crazy gestures such as severe dieting. It is shown that they do not lead to desired results and, moreover, difficult to repair creates imbalances in our bodies.

6. Consume little alcohol.

Alcohol, "moderation" is the keyword. A glass of red wine per day (two for men) means a large investment for health, more than that can be converted to danger.

7. Avoid stress!

Put your health above all and spoil yourself, give yourself relaxing moments during the day. Meditate, walk, look at favorite comedy series... Have a break

8. Remove fats from food

You do not have to be an nutritionist expert to detect them: give up fast food, fried foods, fatty cheese, mayonnaise, oil, etc.. Choose "light" foods.

9. Be optimistic!

Smile today and tomorrow will not be worse! But much better! Be optimistic, learn to enjoy the small pleasures of life and you will see that big problems dissolve immediately!

10. Eliminate processed foods

Food industry invented a lot of substances which are tasty for foods, but are very harmful to health. Resist cravings and leave aside chips, snacks and cakes too. With a little will you can find natural alternatives for them and more tasty!
