Tips For Your Health
Balanced diet, exercise and medical checks, they are the main points you need to be in excellent physical shape and to live healthy. In addition, we have prepared a few tips that can help you to keep the shape even if you do not have the most relaxed lifestyle.
We invest a lot in education and beauty, but maybe not as much in our health!
Some tips :
1. No fast food
I do not think I can pass culinary art on my preferred list of activities, in fact i hate everything about the kitchen. But Mom was right! Food from fast food is bad for health and figure!
High intake of fats and sugars in foods purchased from fast foods are unhealthy and even addictive. So instead of ordering pizza, would be better to prepare a salad.
2. Vitamins required
I think I've heard dozens of colleagues and friends telling me with a smile on the face as they began to take vitamins they feel increasingly better. But mom says they do nothing but ruin their metabolic balance by ingestion of substances that are not necessarily useful.
If you go to the pharmacy and ask for a bottle of vitamins, does not solve anything! Go to the doctor, make a set of analysis, and he will tell you what vitamins are missing from your body, listen to experts' advice and then buy.
3. Get out, and laugh to the sun
If you don’t have access some hours a day to sunlight, you will have a significant deficiency of vitamin D and will be exposed to various forms of cancer.
The rule says that have to stay at least 15 days in the sun to provide your daily needs. So get out on the balcony or in the yard (not before applying a cream with SPF, sun is not so friendly).
4. Enzymes for your body
Our body does not produce enough enzymes to properly digest certain foods. A healthy body starts in the intestines, so do not forget to eat foods that can make the process easier.
Wheat germ, unprocessed cow's milk, hen egg yolk (raw or soft prepared ), vegetable juice, vegetables and fruits are ideal for you.
5. A healthy Wednesday
I promise myself that by Monday I will always have a balanced diet and make healthy things. But Monday is a busy days at work, your weekend is full of activities and you feel tired. Tuesday is the unlucky day, so you don’t do anything.
Therefore my mother insisted that I should start Wednesday for healthy beginnings
