Vitamin C
Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is one of the most popular vitamins, necessary for growth, bone, teeth, tissue repair, collagen formation, iron absorption, reduce wrinkles, strengthen the immune system. Vitamin C is not stored in the body, so the stock must be filled permanently.

* Add fruit over bowl of cereal that you eat in the morning
* Eat fresh fruit and vegetable juices
