Ways To Get Rid Of Stress
We all lead a hectic life. Everything is happening quickly, everyone wants something from you and will always feel that stress knock you out.
If you give a few minutes to get out and to remember what really matters, you'll notice that things become much clearer and you can make decisions more easily.
Try these four simple solutions to give you a few minutes away from the chaotic lifestyle and the madness around you.
1. Listen music
Several minutes of good music are perfect to remove traces of daily stress. Listen to your favorite music and relax by dancing alone around the room.
Besides the exercise itself, you feel like your brain cells working in a pleasant way, forget the bills, problems and other ones.
Depending on your mood, choose relaxing songs and full of energy. If your neighbors are not very demanding, you can set a music alarm every morning ( 30 minutes of music every day is perfect ).
2. Read a book
Forgot what was the last book you read? You should resume your good habits you had in college.
Make to your library a subscription or buy some books that make you grab the eye and you can read in yours free moments. Even if you have 10 minutes a day, they will make the difference.
Do not try to overload yourself by reading difficult books or dealing with something related to your job. Limit yourself to quality fiction.
3. Take some time to breathe
Even if you find funny, find that breath will help you to relax and be more concentrated. Due to poor posture and harmful habits, your are breathing more and more bad.
So give a few minutes to breathe. I have discovered a trick, I pretend that I smoke (I am Non smoker!). The idea is that breath strong and then exhale it easy, as if you smoke.
4. A short massage
Get a short massage. Help your body in this way to rest while you relax your back and arms. Massage your neck, wrists and face.
With these easy movements try to remove the harmful effects that stress has on you.
If you have time, you can add a little scented oil that will increase your energy and vitality.
