Eating healthy food will help you stay slim and not force your bones and joints with heavy duty. Also, you will get all the necessary vitamins and minerals your bones and joints need to work properly.
It is very important to have normal calcium levels in our body. If not, calcium will be released from out bones and the bones will become thinner, less dense and less strong. You can get calcium every day when eating healthy food. The main source of calcium intake is milk. Make sure you include milk in your daily diet.
There are other sources of calcium that you may find doing a little research on the Internet. However, if your calcium level is still low try getting calcium from supplements whether natural or chemical.
